Helpful welcome with plenty of choice for pitches. Facilities were clean and spacious. The campsite is well located close to the Loire and, of course, the local wineries. In spite of road closures impacting the water supply, our stay was comfortable.

We were here early in the holiday season (June) and the site was relatively quiet. Mobile home was well equipped including airconditioning in living area but not bedrooms. They could have done with a skylight or mesh window in bedrooms. Hob and microwave no over or grill. Nice front covered sitting area perfect for all meals and chilling out. Small shop at reception. Very helpful staff. Pitches for camper vans and tents & toilet block including showers and laundry area. Extensive cleaning list to complete before checking out to secure deposit refund. Activities close by including kayaking. Next to the campsite is a public swimming pool open weekends in June but full time July onwards for season.

The grounds are in need of some care but the toilet and shower facilities were great and clean. There is a small room for sitting in, with kettle and microwave. The camping area for small tents was lovely with dappled shade but we were very fortunate that the nearby road was closed so there was no noise - only the birds! We were able to recharge our bike batteries. Easy bike ride to Tours following green signs.
The staff were excellent as was the campsite itself. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The campsite was shady and very peaceful. The location was wonderful and the region had lots for us to see and do. The mobile home that we rented to stay in was in excellent condition and very well cared for.
Great location, but the site needs a good all-around landscape tidy up. Also, a good arborists touch on all the trees.
The pitches are quite small for modern caravans and a towcar. There would be little room to put an awning. The pitches need a really good tidy up to get rid of all the decaying leaf litter and a good mow.
Swimming pool only open on a weekend so lost a star for that. Toilets had no toilet seats so lost a star for that. Apart from that everything was very good and the reception was very friendly with good English, would definitely recommend if you are not too fussy.
